Refund requests are considered only for services where project work has not yet started, or in cases where the client is genuinely dissatisfied with the initial delivery and has clearly communicated concerns.

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services that have already been fully delivered or executed.
  • Customized solutions developed based on client-specific requirements.
  • Delays or dissatisfaction arising from client-side delays or miscommunication.

2. Request & Review Timeline

To request a refund, please write to us at support@NEXTIN LABS.com with your service details and a clear explanation for the request.

Approval usually takes 1–2 business days after we receive complete information related to your request.

3. Refund Processing

If your request is approved, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment within 5 to 7 days.

Any third-party transaction or processing charges are non-refundable.

4. Dispute Resolution

We always encourage clients to reach out to us for clarifications or resolution before initiating a refund request.

In case of any disagreement, our team will conduct an internal review and may suggest alternative resolutions, such as partial refunds or additional support.
